and has now moved on to progress others. There should be some ready for the validation meeting at 11:30 Wednesday . Some of his time has been diverted to End of Year activities loading missing/corrected/late data.
Andrew Atterton has been making some progress on the RaDaR tickets.
is now working and ready for Fiona to at least look at. A discussion was had about how it should show on the patient page. Ideally a colour coded symbol could be used for completeness status. Fiona has also asked about a search option for the completeness field. Andrew Atterton willl add some display on the patient page and get input from Fiona before deploying a refined version to staging for signoff.
NHSBT matching ha sbeen done and the file has been sent back to NHSBT and we are currently awaiting their reply.
End of year activities are more or less complete. The stats team have an extract. One anomaly from Kings was that the extract didn't produce a medication extract due to some of the doses being given in primary care style (ie by pill or puff) rather than the required version which is secondary care format which is by dosage (mg of active ingredient etc). Next year we need to have resolved how we deal with this. George Swinnerton has done the Public Health England infection data which Anna has done before. The numbers are slightly higher. All these process are documented on confluence.
Kings Feed. Kings have come back and said they can set up a staging and live feed George Swinnertonwill send log in details for the live rda feed for Kings. Tim from renalware has come back about the lack of tests in the Barts extract samples saying they haven't mapped any tests hence no tests are exported.
Nurture the ticket to sort the CKD mismatch counts has bee cleared but the issue has not been solved and Fiona needs it resolved. The issue is caused by the data being extracted defaulting to the PV data feed(latest received) which does not have all the required fields. The extract needs to use the RaDaR data by default to ensure the CKD values can be calculated this will require the rewriting of the extract feed and the updating of the code to include improvements that have been made in the importer. George Swinnerton will look to resolve this as soon as possible. Fiona would like this resolved by her Meetings at the end of the week for Nurture. Relevent ticket
Relocation the virgin media link has been requested and no survey has been required. We are currently awaiting the installation date. This may well be after we move so we may need to look at ways staff can connect back in if we move with out the link. Work arounds will be thought about closer to the deadline once we have a clearer picture.
The sql backup is now starting to fail periodically due to lack of space. This is being caused due to the size of the AKI data (37GB). We need to reduce the number of days back up files for aki and renalreg held on the server. George Swinnertonwill modify the retention policy and also ensure the backup process is fully documented on confluence.
