• AIMEs conitnues to do their Audit of our servers. No other updates to flag.

• INS App lookslike they have decided the name should Nephrotic Syndrome App after feed back from charity members..Meanwhile the design spec is being completed for the developer to do the programming.

• Validation. George is continuing to work through issues Shaun has found testing the new paeds features.

• AKI extract Andre produced was good and is now being processed by Anna

• RaDaR andy used a release last week which Kate was happy with. He also updated the missing data queries for Kate so they still work.

NHSBT

NHSBT haven’t comeback yet with a feedback so NHSBT may not get finished until the new year.

THe issue with scottish patients not having name and surname is fine however we had 195 without chi/nhs numbers and the minimum NHSBT require are NHS and DOB if there is no names. This needs looking into. George suggested Anna/Sarah would know if this is correct and we had that many without a NI.

NBT IT

NBT decided to reboot two of our servers on Friday without checking of informing our users. This was despite the fact that they had all been fully patched on the Thursday as it seems like their patch server only made available the latest patches after our servers were rebooted.

Also NBT IT seem to fixing issues for log4j by just deleting things from instalations. They just wanted to log on and do this without discussing what they were doing in advance and checking their “mitigation was approriate for us”. This would be fine for any NBT apps as we don’t use them but not for apps we have installed/use. Tim will raise this with Brendan as we are a customer they should be informaing us in advance and discussing any action they plan to take to ensure their is no impact on the way we use the software/systems.
