We discussed this and decided a page in Confluence was most appropriate. There was also some discussion about how this prevented use of the Test program against the Live server.

 There are 5 remaining licences for Jira/Confluence. They are not earmarked for anyone but Retha didn't think Rachel would need one. Sarah's successor in Programs will probably take over here licence.

Update from NIHR Meeting2017-02-09 Meeting notesThere was some feedback from a meeting the previous day with Charles Wilbe who is working with Cambridge University to try to improve how data is collected for medical research. They had issued a tender at the end of last year but had been unsuccessful in finding suitable tenderers. Some of what they have in mind is similar to what we're doing with HealthShare/RADAR/PatientView. They are also looking at https://opendatakit.org/ for mobile collections which may be relevant if we get funding for the work in Africa. Finally a lot of their thinking involves a concept they call an RFID which is based on part of their NHS Number, possibly hashed together with other demographics. This is interesting but would require further thought especially with our larger, longer term projects. Charles is going to speak to Roger James and see where we go from there.

Update from Rapolasrapolas (Unlicensed)Rapolas mentioned some difficulties with the logic for patients who have withdrawn consent for RADAR or otherwise don't have valid consent. He is going to think about how to write this.

Update from TimTim Whitlock (Deactivated)Tim gave feedback to AIMES who seem to be slow/vague about the implementation of the new system. He is going to ask Dean for better progress reports. There are ongoing problems with the Idera backup system meaning that HealthShare is not being backed up at the moment. AIMES think more memory would help and are getting a quote for this - we are not sure if they are expecting we would pay for this as they said they would solve the current problems with the backups as part of the contract negotiations. The new contract for AIMES has not been signed yet and it is to be looked at next week.

Update from RethaRetha SteenkampThe feedback from RIGB was that they want a monthly breakdown of the costs being spent on the UKRDC. In particular this includes spending on consultants and what was achieved for that outlay.
