rapolas (Unlicensed) now has an understanding of what is required for the BCH project. He anticipates he should be able to complete the changes for a demo towards the end of February. Retha Steenkamp has told Larissa that is when we should have something for her to review.
George Swinnerton is still waiting for details of how to setup the DNS TXT record so Thwaite can issue the certificate against the thinkkidneys.nhs.uk domain. The alternative is to configure some email addresses as has been done for the renalregistry.nhs.uk which would involve a charge from NBT IT.
Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has renewed the expired Atlassian licenses/maintenance and applied them to the systems. THe budget only included £3.9K for Atlassian tools whilst the cost of upgrading to 50 users from 25 would be ~£4850 not including renewing the maintenance.
Retha Steenkamp has sent the Data Sharing agreement for the SImplified project and is awaiting some feedback. George Swinnerton is awaiting feedback on the proposed method for providing the required data and will chase.
Nurture issues appear to have been mitigated with the fixing of the backed up queue in HS.
There are a number of Extracts required for the statisticans - Surevys linked to RRNo, ICNARC dataset but it needs the DSA sorting, BISCK (DSA 50)
There is a new project under Commissioning through Evaluation for retuximab. This will involve configuring a new cohort and screens on RaDaR and is similar to AHAS. rapolas (Unlicensed) will need to work out what will be required to complete this.. It won't be started until after BCH has been done. In addition they will require a help deks function to chase sites for results etc. which will involve employing someone. There is also a requirement for some form of patient count type dashboard which should be possible using metabase and the renalreg.org website.
The Project extracts from RaDaR are also going to need revisiting when there is time

)-Quality Improvement under KQuip are rolling out the transplant data collection across the region. This means they are looking to develop a web interface like the indicators dashboard to help manage this
TPCKD Mark II Catherine Stannard & Rachel have more money to continue the surveys. They plan to survey 6 sites with the same Yourhealth survey but are looking at putting an extra question in. The PAM score formula has been modified by insignia so will need updating in our code. We are also looking at trying to do more verification during the scanning to reduce the number of errors. This will involve using the renal database to look up NHS No and demographics and hopefully verify the data is correct before submission. This will help eliminate the OCR errors where it just mis-reads a number but doesn't decide human checking is required. In addition we are looking at also dumping the data to a database so there is a complete master copy of scanned data. We will need to modify the error/resubmission process/code to also update this database with any corrections. When the new UKRDC is online hopefully it could also indicate if the record has been imported and sucessfully sent to PV. In addition to these surveys there will 6 sites for SharedHD surveys these again will be the yourhelath survey but with the addition of 14 task questions so some modification of the ukrdc import code will be required and the report code. This is probably going to start around April.
