Action items

HS: GS to contact RH to discuss a price and date for getting the data out of HS in a format that can be used later if needed. RH thinks this would take 3 days to do.
HS: GS to also ask RH about converting the medicine part of the record to import that back into repository.
Capacity problems: TW: Staging freed up 1.01 TB; capacity problems started around the time RH changed the PV string to streams. Audit purges are still not automated - there is a Jira for this. GS to delete PV files causing the problem with disk space. There is a HS help desk call to assist with capacity problems – feedback from that - GS received an email with 10 things to check.GS will ask WRC to WRC to check if it’s junk data and to delete.
RaDaR: Abbi’s code has tyling issues - RK will fix but only after the UKRDC work
Nurture: TW ha set up the server and the script. There are also some changes that VP needs to do – GS to liaise with them. GS to copy over the dashboard script to enable live updates.
PV: Nothing to report.
TPCKD: CS will be submitting 400 surveys that were empty when loaded – probably a FS-issue. CS and Tw have to go through numbers again.
Systems Admin: Nothing to report.
IG issues: HD to confirm process of investigations and then all open incidents will be investigated and closed - either TW or RS will proceed with IG investigations.
Work on the section 251 submission is progressing - RS doing.
IG issues: RS to email the Operational Risk Register for review and comments by the systems team. All comments back to RS.
GS email Andy Webb about his VPN but have had not reply. GS advised that he should arrange access himself - we have not had further feedback from Andy Web.

NHS England extract by 7 Nov - GS/RD advised that it has been sent.
AKI Stats work to be done 2 months after the end of the quarter, so the next AKI file with tracing and CCG/LSOA are due at the beginning of December.
Julie Slevin is enquiring about a domain for e-learning platform and will schedule a meeting with the systems team.
Staff is reminded to use the code for UKRDC, RaDaR, TPCKD, PREM, Nurture in their timesheets.
RS did email Abbi to ensure he is not doing any more work on the ordering or RaDaR blood results.
RS to order the Mirth ebook.
RS to discuss with Fran who in her absence will do Jira tickets.
Notepad++ is free and RD will install for DB and show DMs how to check for special characters.
