| Outstanding Tasks | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) has found there were issues with the code used such that the data was incorrectly exported and so incomplete. The code has now been corrected and the data extracted and resent to NHSBT. foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) is awaiting a response. It was also decided the scripts should be updated to give some progress feed back when running and produce some final counts information so It is easier to confirm the scripts are performing as expected. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has recontacted BCH about the hosting of the BCH website. He is still awaiting a response. foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) has released the new validation code and i is currently being signed off by Fran before general availability. foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) will document the release process. foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) still needs to complete the first draft of the code development documentation and process. The key elements being make the code changes and confirm they are working. Once the code is believed to be functional and the changes are working as expected it should be pushed to the main repository. Untested or incomplete code should not be pushed to the main repsitory as it will compromise build processes. |
| DBS - Permissions / Multiple Files | rapolas (Unlicensed) has confirmed he has adjusted the tracing code to work round the issue of delete rights on traced files. The process is now back up and running. George Swinnerton confirmed he has written the code to produce the extracts of data simplified require but that the data sharing agreement hasn't been signed yet so no processes have been set up to automatically do this. The code is checked in and can be run manually if required. Simplified have confirmed the samples he produced would be suitable for them. George Swinnerton document this and how the automation is envisaged to work. | |

This is basically the changes for egfr calculation and date selection Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration. most of the other elements have been completed. |
Action items
- foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) document the release process for Validation code base. This will detail the decision, what has to be done and the final sign off process. See documents under Developing
- George Swinnerton to write details of the simplified biochemistry extract code. What it does, the data it tries to provide and how the code should be run including an indication of how the automated process will work.
