  • George Swinnerton has cleared up some extra space on healthshare. Over the weekend healthshare used up 293GB of space. One explanation could be that HS is running slowere due to the loading caused testing the new ukrdc code.This means some of the automated purges may be purging messages before they are fully processed.. This needs further investigation. When looking on the tasks menu of HS it was clear not all purges had run possibly due to some being suspended as a result of the crashes. George Swinnerton will look at this and hopefully free up some space to keep HS alive for a little longer.
  • Documentation review of development processes scheduled for next week.
  • Nurture dashboard export code hasn't been fixed yet but George Swinnerton has installed the current branch on the RaDaR server and will re-configure systems-live server to handle the transfer. The code still need correcting.
  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) fixed issues with the bamboo agent. It appears that the agent crashed on the server and did not restart. This could be seen by looking at the agent logs. Restarting the bamboo agent service fixed the issue. Also the service was set to try restarting again if it crashed which hopefully should fix it moving forward.
  • The demo server just needs the final configuration done to allow wordpress to be useable on it.
  • foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) was able to complete the release after bamboo was sorted. He is now working on the counts tab ticket
    Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
  • NHSBT foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) this has now been completed. NHSBT have suggested a couple of dates for a meeting and foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) will arrange to allow the current process, data content etc to be discussed and refined.
  • NHSExtract this has not been done yet George Swinnerton to progress.
 Other tasks arising 

 rapolas (Unlicensed) is continuing to deal with RaDaR tickets as and when. None urgent at moment

rapolas (Unlicensed) is working on updating the PAM/PROM reporting tool to handle the new scans. The new code will allow the reports to be generated from the OCR surveys database/csv files or via the ukrdc. This is to deal with the fact the ukrdc will not be processing the surveys before the reports will be required.

Action items

  • George Swinnerton to look further at why HS is using space so fast and ensure the purge tasks are adjusted to account for slower processing and also that they are running as expected.  
  • All to review the devleopment process documentation and comment

  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) to continue testing the survey OCR templates to ensure they are working as expected.
