• With the lack of minutes from the last two weeks some tasks may have been missed.
• George Swinnerton continues to work on the UKRR Extract Specification. He has raised a number of issues for clarification with Infomatics and Fergus. There are still a number of questions to be resolved on what a data field should be populated by as well as where/how a particular value should be sent in using the schema. George Swinnerton is documenting these issues.
  It was decided that since the kings files currently contain very little data that can be used to generate a dataset it would be beneficial to get the Renalware developers in and discuss the filling out of the RDA file to try and ensure we both understand things in the same way and reduce any ambiguities moving forwards. George Swinnerton will arrange this. George Swinnerton that the current RDA file incorrectly populates the treatment blocks and only does so for HD patients. Rather than a treatment summary it just has a session record.
• We are now receiving daily files from Kings in RDA format. Currently rapolas (Unlicensed) is manually copying these to staging for processing. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) to configure an automated process. We now need to compare the PV file created on staging with that on live for the same patient/day and confirm all the data is being sent through correctly.
• Nick Jones needs to update the patient record to include a blood type field as decided in last weeks meeting.
• Surveys. Insignia have confirmed the "test" files loaded on live have been received. George Swinnerton stiil needs to load all the surveys on live as a matter of priority. Once all the 2018 surveys have been processed rapolas (Unlicensed) can modify his reporting software generate the required reports for Catherine. George Swinnerton has created a view on the UKRDC to produce a survey per row which may be of use for the reporting. This will also show what errors the Error Gui developed by Roger will need to process.
• rapolas (Unlicensed) has added extra meta fields to the survey channel to make the Error GUI development easier.
• Rogers Error gui is apparently functionally complete and needs testing. Roger had issues due to the new PID code being installed on the dev server and the old data not being migrated to use the new pids yet. rapolas (Unlicensed) will test the code using his desktop based test environment and confirm all is working as expected.
• With Rogers departure the branching plans for the repositories are on hold. However we should all develop changes on branches and use pull requests to ensure the code is reviewed a before merging in to the master branch.

 George Swinnerton will progress the NHSBT file which has finished matching now Roger has left. The file now needs sending to Chloe.
