Outstanding tasks
  • George has highlighted the minimum required elements of the dataset for validation in the specification /wiki/spaces/UKRRD/pages/1730215930 This represent the first fields the extract will look to populate and we will expect RenalWare to supply data to populate in the RDA.The key data missing from the renalware file is the treatment modality which if included should provide most of what is currently missing.
  • Renalware haven't sent any files since the 2nd Jan so we have been unable to verify the laborder time filed has been fixed. George Swinnerton will chase this with renalware. They were suppose to have been working on adding the treatment modality data into the rda before Christmas but we have not had any updates to confirm this. It now seems they will be working on this this week.
  • NHSBT (Rachel Hogg) sent a new file for processing on Friday. George Swinnerton will progress this this week.
  • The Systems Team have been given access to the formstorms shared folder. \\rr-ocr-live\formstorm this allows access to the renal units.dct which is the master list of survey units.
  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has checked with Nick about deploying the questiontext change to the current staging. He has now produced a patch for v1.5 on a branch to allow this change to be deployed. Currently bamboo won't build this by default. George Swinnerton will look at this and get a build for deployment/testing on staging.
  • rapolas (Unlicensed) raised the mismerged RadaR patient at last weeks RaDaR meeting and Retha has approved the deleting and recreating on the records. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) will discuss with Shaun.
  • Since RenalWare have not responded to any emails George Swinnerton has not yet sent a default list of coding to be used by Renalware in the absence of a complete snomed list.
  • George Swinnerton has completed the changes to the simplified code and now needs to run it and check with simplified it now contains what they require. Once this has been approved the process will need automating.
  • Penetration testing companies have been contacted. https://www.leics-his.nhs.uk/services/it-security-services/ have been tasked with testing N3 RaDaR and the two webapps on the N3 SFTP server. They plan to kick this off next week. We will need to set up some test accounts on radar for this. sec-tec.com have quoted for testing all the public websites. They plan to use a mix of automated and manual testing. The manual testing being used on sites which have logins and provide access to restricted data.
  • rapolas (Unlicensed) has had to rewrite the original code as it would not work for multiple patients.
  • Moving the rarerenal.org website has been completed however it is incomplete due to one of the plugins used requiring mysql 5.6 or above. currently the websites use mysql 5.1. It seems 5.7 could be run alongside 5.1 and allow a gradual migration of the sites to the newer database.
  • NBTIT have said they can visit the site this week to look at what will be required to connect back to the hospital. Once this visit has taken place we should have a clearer idea of what services will come via NBT and which ones we will need to implement locally.
  • Shaun has added some more validation details for EPO and comorbidity which should allow the tickets discussed in the validation meeting to be progressed.
  • Fran has not yet reported back on her testing of the outstanding fixes test release. Shaun has reported finding data loaded to the database that should not have been loaded by the data managers due to the validation flagging issues but it was still loaded. Should the validation prevent loading of files if the number of errors is greater than some limit to help ensure errors are fixed.
  • SSG have set up a new JIRA for reporting PV issues. Currently not all the previous users have access. George Swinnertonwill ensure these users are addded Specifically Tim and Shaun.
