Outstanding tasksTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • No new additions on the Extract Specification this week.
  • There has been no response from the SImplified project yet so this has not been progressed further.
  • Kings PV Extract issues and reporting period issues have not progressed in fact the only communications has been about a unicode character none addressing the changes required to ensure the data is correctly saved. George Swinnerton will follow up to see if we can get this progressing.
  • George Swinnerton has not done the extract for Lizzie yet
  • NHSBT have been sent feedback on the latest file and we are awaiting the data from them.
  • Melanie has reported that the links widgets are not showing on the rarerenal.org site. These have not been present since we moved the site so the issue has been referred back to Virtual Pudding as no errors are being reported.
  • We have finally had the meeting with NBTIT and they have gone away to work out costs etc. The key new cost is likely to be £15000 for a Cisco switch. We will need to decide how we handle phones do we switch to a cloud PBX or stick with NBT and then migrate.
  • Validation George Swinnerton has done the final outstanding ticket from the last sprint to do with dates being checked against DOB and DOD
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
This has been passed to Shaun and Fran for checking.
Moving PV Domain
  • Patientview domain. We are trying to move the patientview domain to 123reg however we currently have no data on the email redirects that have been configured. Switching over without configuring them could lead to email issues.
3C Extract
  • DSA71 Richard Haynes 3C extract. Richard is keen to get the 3C extract. This will be a regular extract so the code needs to be written/adapted to allow automation if possible. George Swinnerton will progress this.
 Barts patient data extract
  • Barts are wanting a copy of their own data back and have sent a list of the patients they want. George Swinnerton will progress this.
Penetration testing

Penetration testing. We are still awaiting the N3 report. The internet penetration testing is provisionally booked for the 8th-22nd March. We will need to provide:

  • List of IP address/URLs (I assume at this point the list you have provided is complete but there may be some additional URLs to specific functions within the site).
  • A list of credentials that you wish to use for authenticated testing.
Liverpool PV feed issues

Cyberone have been incontact about the PV feed issues from Liverpool however they have not so far sortedtthe issues. George Swinnerton will follow up.
