Outstanding tasks
  • No changes to the Extract Specification this week
  • George Swinnerton has still not heard back from Simplified project.
  • rapolas (Unlicensed) updated the RAG reporting having had the necessary information from Retha.
  • George Swinnerton has not heard anything more from Renalware. He will chase again as we now need t progress this aspect.
  • Test accounts are sorted but George Swinnerton needs to get the missing passwords from Nadim.
  • George Swinnerton has realised whilst writing up an email for James on missing fields that there is a field available to record data items and hence allow the extract. This means that the fields that could not be stored can be stored in this field InterpretationCode (AbnormalityFlags in earlier versions). The Extract documentation needs updating to reflect this.
  • UKRR extract development is awaiting data from Kings to progress.
  • There have been no more reported Liverpool issues we it is assumed the problems are resolved.
  • The RenalMed site is likely to be moved as part of the website development project which will focus on the Renal Association site and UKRR first.
  • We will have another site visit for the move so RDG King can quote for the cabling using CAT 6.
  • George Swinnerton has now fully released the latest Validation code and is now pushing forward on the current sprint.
  • RaDaR has some tickets to progress but there seems to be no urgency.
 DSA62 RRAM

We have now received the matching back for the RRAM project so need to provide Doug Gould with the data. George Swinnerton said this would be done in the next two weeks.

patientview

renalpatientview

We are still trying to get these domains moved to 123-reg. renalpatientview has been started but the authorization code has expired so a new one is required bfore it can be completed. Patientview still awaits the email details so we can see what needs to be configured.
Job AdsWe are receiving a lot of interest from India but little from UK. One potential candidate has limited experience so would need some training.
3C DataIt has been confirmed that the extract can use PV data. This will require creating a 3C membership on the UKRDC.
Patient Entered DataLizzie from Leeds has asked if the patient entered data could be regularly extracted. This process needs some thought and probably needs an opt out option on the PV page. Ideally this process would be automatic in that PV would send the data to the ukrdc and then weekly extracts are run there and sftped to the units.
Atlassian tools

The Atlassian tools need updating. This will be started this week. George Swinnerton noted that the python version on bamboo-agent needs updating to the latest.

Action items

  • George Swinnerton to followup with KIngs/Renalware and start progressing the RDA feeds further.
  • George Swinnerton update the extract documentation to include the InterpretationCode field and thus allow currently unsupported fileds to be included in the extract.
  • George Swinnerton run the 3C extract using 3C Memberships on ukrdc to extract data from PV to augment missing data in the audit dataset. - RR-1370
  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) to start upgrading the Atlassian tools
  • George Swinnerton to start the RRAM extract for delivery in the next two weeks - RR-1388
