ItemWhoNotes
Outstanding TasksTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • RaDaR duplicates still have not been deleted. George Swinnerton will apply the deletes on staging this week and then monitor it to see if safe to deploy on live next week.
  • Bamboo build issues have been fixed.
  • The outstanding tickets for the last sprint have now been completed however we are waiting on Fran to  complete the review (3 tickets) before a release can be done. It is only after the release that the code base can be branched ready for the next sprint.
  • EQUAL extract has been done and Barney has signed it off.
  • George Swinnerton has fixed the simplified extract code issue and deployed it so the error should now be resolved. He will verify the error has now been resolved.
  • james.griffin (Unlicensed) has completed
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
but is still waiting sign off. He will follow up with Fiona.
  • james.griffin (Unlicensed) has synced the live renalreg database to test to allow better testing of the validation fixes as the test renalreg had not been synced recently.
  • Kings feed Q1 has been loaded and Fran i snow working on Q2 with a view to completing by the end of the month. There are a number of issues with the feed that need sorting:
    • dialysis sessions need a parent element. George Swinnertonis waiting for feedback from Nick
    • There needs to be a change to help handle the disease questions required for the extract. See discussion further down.
    • Currently we are just getting Diabetes but not the type.
    • the extract it self needs to produce the output in a consistent order so needs some sorts added to make comparisons etc easier.
 Database Closing

The data quality checks are now done before the database is closed so all that needs to happen for the end of the year is:

Set a flag for the year end sequence no and setting of the primary centre for a quarter.

Nurture tables

Fiona raised an issue with the nurture graph not displaying properly. George fixed this but then wondered if the CKD level counts were correct. Fiona thought almost all the records should have a value yet the display suggest a little over half. George Swinnertonwill check the logic and ensure it is working as expected.

RaDaR development EnvironmentThe API backend is running successfully on a linux Vm but he is currently having issues with the node.js frontend on his machine. This means the client is not working. Once this is sorted he will need to confirm that when he edits the code the changes are seen by the code which was an issue with his initial setup.
RaDaR Export fix

james.griffin (Unlicensed) pointed out that the fix for Esther to populate blanked comment fields with a default 'TEXT' entry so she can count the records with a filled in comment when looking at anonymised data ha snot yet been deployed to live. james.griffin (Unlicensed) will look at how this can be done without breaking anything by applying fixes not signed off for deployment.

RaDaR NHS Tracing

james.griffin (Unlicensed) will contact Rapolas and get some details of how the RaDaR NHS tracing was being done. None of the team had any idea how the tracing file has previously been created. Once we have the information James will kick off a RaDaR trace.

Action items

  • james.griffin (Unlicensed)look at deploying signed off RaDaR fixes and the Esther exporter fix to live ensuring any documentation is updated if required.
  • james.griffin (Unlicensed) to contact Rapolas and find out the process to create the RaDaR tracing file then kick off a trace ensuring it is fully documented.
  • Andrew Atterton to get his RaDaR development environment working and start looking at RaDaR tickets
  • George Swinnerton to investigate issue with Nurture egfr/CKD level numbers looking to low and ensure the queries are working as expected.
  • james.griffin (Unlicensed) to continue looking at Validation tickets in the Nov 2019 sprint
