Removal Duplicate RADAR MembershipsGeorge Swinnerton This hasn't been done yet.

Validation TicketsGeorge Swinnerton  The tickets for the previous sprint have been completed. GS is updating the build instructions as part of this release. The build should be ready sometime this week.

RaDaR Dev EnvironmentAndrew AttertonAA had some problems with his build environment. He hasn't been able to get VSCode to connect via SSH into the VM. He's also still having problems with the VirtualBox extensions not loading meaning the screen size is limited. This has been put to one side for now. JG to assist when he's next looking at this.

Investigate low Nurture CKD/eGFR NumbersGeorge SwinnertonThe SQL in the dashboard is fine. There are some without tests or whose tests are outside the range but the majority of the gaps are caused by the eGFR not being calculated because the UKRDC demographics doesn't hold it. To be fixed this needs the extract re-writing as per the other task.

Deploy RADAR Fixesjames.griffin (Unlicensed)This has been done. James to check that there is sufficient documentation for the release.

Find out from Rapolas how Tracing was done.james.griffin (Unlicensed)Rapolas has said how he did it, which James has now reproduced. This will be documented on Confluence.

Validation ticketsjames.griffin (Unlicensed)James has completed the ticket to add the Data Completeness reports to the Validation program and is adding testing. The code will be merged in once the next branch is ready.

UKRR ExtractGeorge SwinnertonFran has sent the Q2 queries to King's. Running Q3 is not possible at the moment after King's sent a HD sessoin with a date of "-2019" which is interpreted as BC. Python is unable to parse dates this long ago and crashes. King's have now confirmed they have deleted the session from their systems so this can be manually deleted. Bart's have sent over 4 files for testing. These were surprisingly good for the most part except that none contained any LabOrders. Their contact is now off until early November.

Nurture ExtractGeorge SwinnertonNot done.

Relocation UpdateRetha SteenkampRetha mentioned that the contract had been delayed due to having been posted to MCI's address. Ron and the Trustee's to meet to sign it.

Git BranchesGeorge SwinnertonGS explained how the Validation process worked in terms of branches and tags. This included how you might modify an already released version to deploy an urgent fix. There was some discussion about alternative strategies (Live/Dev/Feature branches etc. as covered in meetings passim) however GS said that this "item" was just to explain how things worked now.
