  • RaDaR duplicates have still not been removed. George Swinnerton will complete this task this week.
  • james.griffin (Unlicensed) has just about finished
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
once he has sorted issues with the tests and data mocking. He will then progress other tickets in the November 2019 sprint.
  • Andrew Atterton has done the NHSBT matching but has been waiting Shauns return to review the results before forwarding them t NHSBT for them to then raise queries.
  • End of Year activities: james.griffin (Unlicensed) has load some of the missing data. There are still some questions over some swansea data. Fran also needs to complete the Kings Q4 file which she is working on at the moment. After these are done George will needs to run the script that assigns the main centre to each patient and produce the extract for stats. This will hopefullly be completed by the end of this week.
  • Whilst Kings could be sending some more data for fields sites have never sent in currently there is no further development required. What is required is methods for finding missing patients. After Kings have made corrections they may still fail to appear in the extract even though data is now in the ukrdc so providing a method for helping the DM identify why a given patient isn't in the extract but is on the UKRDC needs to be developed. This typically involves looking at the treatment records and perhaps identifying what has excluded them. Barts have sent over some manual files which had no lab results currently awaiting some revised files and the setting up of a staging feed to further develop their feed.
  • Andrew Atterton is making slow but steady progress getting to grips with RaDaR and the AngularJs frontend.

Sabine's EPro has now got King's connected but due to their IT/IG they not allow us to send to them but and want to poll our server. This is not ideal but should be fine for the trial.

BCH/Star Registry The code is currently branched pre-python3  upgrade so may need some work to get it updated. Rapolas has said the software design idea was to make the "Star" version by changing settings rather than code so in theory should be creatable from the latest master but he couldn't really remember. It should be built in the same way as RaDaR.

Aimes we have a call with Aimes about ongoing support etc tomorrow. They apparently have a number of proposals moving forward.

Magic and transplantfirst have been taken over/are being managed by Leanne and Ranjit so we will be getting some change requests in due course as they start to get to grips with the software.

Patientview has been approached by Patient Knows Best (https://patientsknowbest.com/) about the possibility of providing the frontend for patientview. This could see the death of the current site or could be some other option.
