• RaDaR deletion on staging was fine however it threw an error on live which needs further investigation. George Swinnerton will run the code with commit commented out to see what is actually happening and hopefully resolve the issue for this record. The same code could be used to clean up the rogue PV memberships that have been created awhen a membership has been added with the wrong NHS number and then corrected. This leaves an orphaned PV Membership on the wrong nhs number.
• Some issues have been identified with 
  Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
   to do with preventing the accidental overwriting of a file etc. which need resolving which should be sorted today. A couple of other tickets were put to review last week.
• Andrew Atterton has done   Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.  as discussed last week however Fiona wants the filter to be added as well which has meant the fix cannot be deployed yet so will impact time to complete.
• George Swinnerton has documented the sql backup process (/wiki/spaces/INFRA/pages/992870393) and confirmed that the backup is set to 3 days. However the purge job will not run if the backup runs out of space so this can lead to the issues seen recently which required manual intervention.
• NHSBT has a couple of queries that Andrew Attertonis waiting on George to confirm issue before sending back to NHSBT hopefully today.
• The year end tasks have almost been completed still need to extract the medication for Kings and produce the HES file for matching. The HES matching is on hold whilst a possible issue where the same HES record appears to have been matched to different registry ids is investigated. This issue was raised by David Pitcher last week.
• Kings are currently sorting the sftp accounts for live before switching off the pv feed and enabling live rda feeds.
• Relocation there is an issue with postcode for the building which is preventing the virgin media order being finalised which could impact when the link is configured
