Outstanding tasks
  • The duplicate RaDaR memberships have now been removed on live as well by updating the sqlalchemy models for the local scripts that were run. The Orphaned PV memberships have not yet been removed. These will be done this week. Currently the code corrections have only been done locally. These changes need to be tested on dev to ensure there are no unexpected interactions with model corrections. Once this has been done the code can be deployed to all servers. It may impact UI delete options or workitems UI due to the changed relationships. It will be deployed on dev this week for testing.
  • James should complete RR-53 this week for validation and George should complete RR-1476 which combined with the tickets currently in review is likely to be the limit of tickets for a pre Christmas release. This is likely to be scheduled for Monday  . There is a validation meeting to finalise this on Wednesday.
  • George Swinnerton raised the issue of the SVN repositories not being compatible with the python 3 SVN libraries due to them being built for an older version. To move the code base to Python 3 given that python 2 is EOL at the end of the year will require creating new repos for 2019
  • Radar Andrew has more or less completed RDR-664 with the only thing left to ensure it is clear what the icons mean. This it is suggested should be done in by popup text when hovering over the icon in order to avoid using more screen space for a key. The ability to edit fields has now been hidden except on the nurture cohort by using null values as the default  value for the field. When set to anything else then it can be edited. This means to allow the use of the field for other cohorts the database field will need to be set to the default value. This should be released this week.
  • NHSBT file response has been imported today and the extract for NHSBT just needs to be returned which will be done this week.
  • No new news from Kings other than they think they haven't been sending through files for the last 6 days. Mirth shows we have been receiving files which suggests an issue their end. George Swinnertonhas sent the logins to Barts for them to start sending through RDA files. They have said they wish to use the RDA files for 2019 however Hugh has said not all 2019 data has been migrated. What impact this will have is unknown until we start receiving files.
PV Call Nadim is looking at the messaging roles issues.
