  • George has sorted the Dorchester patients. He still needs to sort the other two raised by Shaun.
  • Orphaned PV Memberships haven't been done.
  • Opt Epro surveys being sent ot PV hasn't been resolved
  • PV crashing continues and seems to be related to lack of memory. The latest one seems to refer to the java permgen space (https://community.pivotal.io/s/article/Application-Server-Error-javalangOutOfMemoryError-PermGen-Space ) which suggests there is a problem with classloader memory leaks. Along side the ukt export is failing the second time it runs after a restart.
  • The issues with RaDaR numbers being sent through with surveys should now be resolved with the latest release of PV. We will need to monitor the Epro feeds for errors.
  • Tracing services were restarted and it is now working correctly. The code however fails if a file is submitted and doesn't return a result even if subsequent files are submitted and do return a result because of the way it always looks for the missing file if there is more than one file awaiting a response. Ideally if the returned file is later than the one that didn't return it should be cleared and the returned one processed as normal.
  • George has rebuilt the indexes and now the database has shrunk to 264GB used on the disk. The documentation of this issue and how to fix is has not been written.
  • Andrew has been stuck trying to get the postgresql_anonymisation code working to generate data for the demo radar database. He has emailed the developer for advice to see what he is doing wrong as it appears the process is not picking up column names correctly. Meanwhile he will look at a shorterm solution of modifying the demographics of a few RaDaR patients and then mapping them to an extracted set of tables for a given RaDaR number. This week he will work on the INS export ticket.
  • James is now waiting on Fran to sign off the tickets for validation. There are still two tickets with George to complete but should be done this week ready for a proposed release next week.
  • Tim@Kings has been made aware of the issue with ODS 0000 and what they should be doing instead however they don't appear to have done anything yet. The pv-extract issue fix is now on dev and subject to successful testing will be put on staging. If no serious problems or issues arise then it can be deployed to live.
  • Barts have been asked to send through a full set of patients for verification/validation not for the audit return which is currently being done the old way.
  • Relocation is confirmed for 9th March. Exactly how the systems team will help reconnect everyone is a little unclear but hopefully will be resolved after tomorrows meeting with NBTIT.
