Outstanding Issues
  • Other records needing correction have still not been resolved though original Dorchester patient is sorted
  • George is still working on the orphaned PV Memberships and identifying patients  with data and no memberships from before the pv membership check was in place. George proposed that all ukrdc patients should be traced regularly and results stored in a traced unit. This would then allow the date of death etc to be stored and help in identifying patients on P that need deleting etc. It would also provide a current trace file for RaDaR and PV by doing a query against the ukrdc.
  • The pv-extract fixes are not on live yet but will be done today this is unlikely to be the cause of the excessive disk usage on mirth logging since the RDA files were turned on. The same issue is showing on staging despite the fixes being on there.
  • OPT epro survey fix is still not deployed to dev or staging but will be done this week.
  • The documentation on how to re-index PV to fix disk space issues has been done. /wiki/spaces/INFRA/pages/996442159
  • Some fixes have been released for PV to sort the audit log purge which would try and delete xml files from historic records which had already been purged rather than just covering the more recent entries. the ukt extract is still crashing and changes on staging for ukt seem to have resolved the crashing? but the query took 60hrs so is still incorrect. On live the issue is unchanged if PV has been restarted then it runs if PV hasn't restarted since the last run then it fails.
  • George has done 2 of the validation tickets required for the release tomorrow however he still has one to complete hopefully by the end of play today.
  • Andrew has done the INS export ticket leaving the syncing RaDaR demo with live and dates being recorded on the wrong day because they are stored as datetime so display as the wrong day due to time being midnight.
  • Kings George has rerun the extract for Q1 2019 for Kings and Jo is working on it. Barts has not yet increased their feed to include all patients and not just the PV patients. This will be required to produce extracts for the second half of 2019.
Programmes Team Ranjit has been asking Andrew about Teams for remote working. We are currently looking at improving conferencing with Zoom as Teams is tied into office365 which is due to roll out in the next 12 months across NBT whcih may well provide a proper teams setup.
