Latest OPT Epro fixes din't get rolled out on Live last week. They should be done to day.
NHSEngland want a bulk download for the last 5 years so the script will need changing to do this and then reverted to the required extract time period. These files may be too big for email in which case we may need to look at setting up an sftp to transfer the initial 5 years files.
James has made no progress on tracing for the UKRDC yet.
George has had some feedback from renalware on the ODS0000 and NHS number with spaces. They have fixed the ODS0000 record issues but need a list of the NHS numbers with spaces. George will send today. It also appears that the covid19 results are being sent through by kings and barts but not to staging in the live feed so are throwing an error on live until the latest release is deployed.
Andrew is still working on the github library warnings. Currently it is still showing warnings for radar and radar-client probably because the code in github does not reflect the changes documented on confluence in RaDaR Client Dependencies and RaDaR Backend Dependencies
Updates for covid19 reporting should be released to live today.
George is still awaiting feedback from Fiona about the units mappings from renalware and how we ought to handle the current issue of incorrect units when syncing to radar. This may need to wait until Shaun's return on Wednesday.
George has created a page with the suggested RDA structure for tracing files https://confluence.ukrdc.org/display/TNG/Tracing+Response+to+RDA It does beg the question of what to do when there is a mismatch of demographics or NHS number is recorded as changed. These should throw a workitem and would need to be investigated.
rrstatus has not yet been added to pv-extract fro rda files. The immediate need has been mitigated by Fiona however this does need adding.
Tim has responded to SSG over support for PV upgrades to JAVA8 and tomcat 8.5 (tomcat 8.5 can only be supported by running source code version as redhat would require)
James has continued to refine the covid reporting code. The sqllite database as been updated and last night the latest list was traced however another date issue was discovered so it will be retraced. Fran will test the latest validation code tomorrow ready for this weeks report. James will ensure the documentation is updated to reflect the latest changes.
Andrew has had a lot of changes doing RDR-624 which hopefully is now meeting Fiona's requirements.
James is still doing some work on the AKI extract. The whole of the AKI extract and tracing process needs reviewing as it is a series of manual scripts that require a lot of ram to complete. It seems to reflect a series of actions that were requested rater than being a streamline process and now needs refactoring.
George is doing audit extracts for Jo (Q99 for normal audit validation) and Fran (Q100 for the covid research Dec 2019 list of audit patients)
The plan this week is extract the identifier list for linking for the covid19 research. This will be all the audit patients as of Dec 2019 based on either received files or identifier lists from sites unable to supply the required quarterly files in time. It may also include AKI patients as part of this cohort or it may be treated separately. These cohorts will be linked to PHE -HES data and IGNARC(Emergency Admission data).
