  • OPT Epro issues have been resolved with the latest deployment to live
  • NHS England are still awaiting a historic extract version of the new format. This extract will need to be done each month. In theory from today but more likely July as NHS England need to get their processes in place.
  • Automatic tracing was missed in updates today.
  • Kings and Barts issues have been resolved no ODS0000 and NHS numbers with spaces. Covid19 test issues have been resolved with the release of the latest updates.
  • Many of the libraries that had warnings were used in the dev environment so issues are unlikely to cause an issue with security. One or two are in the production requirements and may need some further investigation. Andrew will update next week.
  • PV Schema changes for Covid19 have been implemented and are now deployed on live. Leicester has successfully sent these.
  • The mapping issue with renalware meds is currently awaiting feedback from Shaun and Fiona as to the best approach. The problem remains.
  • George hasn't had a chance to work on the rrtstatus value being extracted from the rda feed in the pv-extract.
  • James continues to work on the covid-19 code. new validation code has been implemented and this week the code should auto populate the  sqlite database. This week is a reporting week.
  • Andrew continues to try and resolve the Diagnosis reporting for INS and Nurture INS for Fiona. Hopefullly this is resolved and Andrew awaits feedback. He is also working on the default value of new Nurture patients signedoff state which defaults to 0 and needs to default to null for these cohorts.
  • Nothing new to report on Kings and Barts  
AKI Extractjames.griffin (Unlicensed)James has been working on the AKI extract however the code is trying to use memory to process data and this is proving a issue because the dataset is now so big. Anna requires some changes to the output data and removal of the hashing. James would like to look at refactoring the code to use a db table for tracing results and a view to pull out the data.
Covid LinkingTim Whitlock (Deactivated)

George has been working on the identifier list for all patients known to the UKRRR. (Audit - Adult and Paeds, Patientview, Radar, AKI ) This data is due to be uploaded to PHE today for linking with covid tests (+ve and -ve) They will be runing the data through the national opt out and will give us an indication of how many of our total cohort fall into this category.

This matching will be done monthly but as yet it is unclear how/what updates will be done to the list of identifiers.

National Opt outTim Whitlock (Deactivated)We now have a MESH account which should allow us to run a list of identifiers through National Opt out. Ideally we will use the api process which is currently being developed. We need processes up and running by the end of August.
BCH Star RegistryTim Whitlock (Deactivated)BCH have awoken again and are looking to progress the Star Registry code again. They have been provided with the initial VM of the registry.
