Outstanding ItemsTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • NHSEngland have checked the new format files submitted and come back with a query about one of the fields which George will respond to. Once this is resolved they will likely ask for files in the new format.
  • Andrew will try running James's automatic tracing code and generating some xml tracing files for testing on dev. James code should generate a tracing file and also process the response received to create RDA format tracing files for each patient.
  • George hasn't heard from renalware and will chase besides following up on the issues with the rda file being incomplete.
  • Quickload. It has been decided that Q1 and Q2 will be loaded normally and Q3 will be quick loaded for 2020. To support this live will need to be copied to test as the appropriate point and an adjustment made to ensure RRNos generated during quickload don't conflict with those on live. This is likely to be sometime around mMarch next year.
  • Alphastudy still awaiting any login details Fiona has.
  • AKI-109 still hasn't been resolved... George will follow up and sort.
  • PHE Linkage this has now been done but had 718000 in stead of 1.3 million entries in it. This was because George limited the AKI dates to 2019 thus excluding 400000 odd entries. It was agreed that the missing ones would be submitted and done.
  • BCH Star no news so assume all is well...
  • National Opt out. George highlighted that the dataflows from Tom don't mention Opt out. We also need to look at how more people can be given access to submit files to the MESH mailbox.
  • Andrew highlighted an issue with anonymised exports for nurture INS which George thought may have been caused by his code which may have been running from a branch. Andrew will investigate and solve.
  • No Barts/Kings news to add
 Other items

  • Pedw George needs to do the Welsh extract he has a file of paeds from Anna and needs to now extract the adult patients where welsh means they have attended a welsh unit at some point. The data returned by pedw is either the last year if data has previously been requested or last ~ few years it is a new patient.
  • Validation all the apps run from the registry_utils folder on R:\ will not run when run via the Global Protect VPN this seems to be due to GP blocking the dll pywintypes27.dll. There is no work around other than copying the files to the laptop in the office. They will then run fine remotely as the issue is with the transfer of the required dll during the pyinstaller startup.
  • Simplified George needs to identify the patients that have had a transplant so that they can identify if 10%+ patients have been affected by covid in order to start collecting this data.
  • NBT want the IPS on our servers changed from 10.229.247.x range to 10.229.229.x  Most have been done but some were waiting on confirmation of firewall issues etc. These include the three servers and rr-sql-live and systems-live virtual machines. They want this change made by 25th September. To do this the servers will need to taken off line and rebooted.

Action items
