  • George has responded to the query from NHSEngland about one of the extract fields. We are now expecting them to ask for extracts in this new format once they have finished their checks.
  • George has emailed Tim@renalware about the various issues and added them to the trello board. So far he hasn't had a response. He will try ringing to day and chasing this as it is quite urgent the issues are resolved. In particualr the laborder fields need adding and the errors thrown due a result code of magnesium that has recently appeared. If we get no luck this route then we will need to see if James M can contact some one more senior to gently push it forward.
  • George has emailed Shaun and Fran about the quickload process /wiki/spaces/RR/pages/1344602245 to check if there is any other work that needs to be done in preparation for this.
  • Alphastudy Fiona doesn't have a current admin password for the server but will contact the hosts to try and get this sorted/the password reset. This will then allow George to back it up and the server to be shut down.
  • AKI George was aiming to get the AKI extract ready for when Anna returns from holiday however Retha pointed out Esther could start work on it if it is available sooner.  George has made the changes for the AKI code AKI-109 however there seems to be an issue with windows build agent not being able to connect to the repository... Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) will check firewall rules and build agent config is correct.
  • Andrew hasn't done anything on the XML file tracing coding. This needs running and xml tracing files created for testing.
  • George has produced a corrected PHE file for covid and this has bee sent through to James at PHE. He hopes to return the file later in the week.
  • No news has been heard from BCH Start registry.
  • National Opt out. In order to make the process more flexible we are looking at adding more people to the MESHUI mailbox which NHSDigital documentation suggests more than one person can have access to. This would allow stats to directly submit data to opt out etc. Tim will follow this up
  • Andrew didn't have any RaDaR tickets to report on.

Andrew Atterton  highlighted an issue that occurred with the covid reporting last week where a patient was submitted with out a data for a positive test and this was because the test occurred in Spain. Whilst attempts are made to get an accurate date it was decided to use a best estimate for the date.

George Swinnerton highlighted an issue he had found on the laptop with trying to use git commands against the Bitbucket servers. These do an ssh call to 7999 which appear to be blocked suggesting the firewall rule needs updating...

George Swinnerton also found the devpi server was not running and when restarting noted a series of warnings about the need to upgrade to python3. This needs to be planned and done.

George Swinnerton will be trying to get the pedw extract completed this week.

George Swinnerton flagged that Fran is nearly ready for the year end procedures to be done. Retha said they hoped to be finished by next Monday so would need to paln to do the year end tasks after that.

Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) highlighted the need to have on call support from 9-5 each day and we need to work out how this would be done. It would also mean whoever was oncall would need to ensure they contact the appropriate person if they are unable to resolve an urgent issue. This may best be achieved by having an on call number each day but needs at bit of thought how we would manage this and ensure everyone knows who is oncall.
