---|---|---|---|
NHS England | George Swinnerton | This is ready to run now that the UKRR 2019 data has been loaded. GS to finish writing up the instructions and to give to Andre to try. | |
Renalware | George Swinnerton | No update from Tim C. It was said that this is less urgent now that progress has been made with the defaulting of the missing values. | |
UKRR 2020 Collection | George Swinnerton | The proposed changes around CKD 1-3 Patients still need to be done. | |
Alpha Study | Fiona Braddon (UKRR) (Unlicensed) | Fiona is still trying to sort out access. There may have been some confusion because she said it was a MySQL database when it is actually an MSSQL one. She is to contact them again. | |
AKI Changes | George Swinnerton | These have been done and tested by Sarah. GS has put the release Live. | |
UKRDC Tracing | Andrew Atterton | In progress. | |

BCH Registry | No Update | ||
King's / Bart's | No Update | ||
National Opt-Out | GS hasn't had an e-mail from NHS Digital to say his account was setup. (Later it turned out it had been setup, just with no notification). | ||
RADAR Tickets | Andrew Atterton | ||
AKI Extract | George Swinnerton | GS has done the regular Lab AKI Process and sent the file to Anna. | |
Oxford UKRR Extract | George Swinnerton | George mentioned the issues with Oxford had raised about recording diagnoses as SNOMED locally but then exporting them as ERA-EDTA codes. There is a mapping table on the ERA-EDTA website but it appears as if those codes were locally created ones and they haven't been ratified by the SNOMED body. The likely reason for this, according to Afzal, is that the body are not keen on having to have multiple variations of each diagnosis for "histologically proven" / "not histologically proven" etc. There is to be more discussion with Oxford and possibly a call if this can't be resolved. |
