Outstanding TasksTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • Issues with the SSL certificate which were preventing George connecting to the alphastudy hosting network have been resolved. George will now try and get a copy of the data and provide Fiona with an estimate of how long it will take to get the data decrypted.
  • Andrew hasn't progressed the tracing code
  • George hasn't made any progress on TNG-655 he wonders if there is an errant workitem causing the issue as he thinks all the required changes have been made but the master record hasn't be updated correctly for some reason...
  • Renalware haven't responded to last weeks nudge about the Trello changes.
  • George hopes to have a validation release in time for the validation meeting tomorrow. He has found the issue with the editor which seemed to be related to changes to the way dictionaries are referenced in python3 as oppose python2 as this is the first python3 release.
  • Tim has had a conversation with Fiona about the alphastudy and what they are want to do because she has been off.
  • Retha has checked with Steph and we have no active contract so we have no contractual obligations to do anything for them or a data sharing agreement Retha will check if this is required with Tom.
  • Andre has been working on the graphing aspects of the transplant first site understanding the coding etc. so it can be documented and the changes required made. She is currently looking at the anomalies between the graph and what is stored in the database to see if this is intentional or an error.
  • George hasn't done anything about reloading the data that is faulty in to the aki database. This is something Andre could progress and George will write some documentation of what he thinks will need to be done.
George Stats accessing the renalreg database George raised a concern about Stats accessing the renalreg database to find information and ensuring they are looking in the correct places doing the lookups in the correct way. This stems from a covid analysis where the ethnicity was required for the patients. Shaun provided this information in the end. This raises the issues that the renalreg database needs to be better documented if more staff are going to be able to query it so they can do the correct query.
