Both the memory and swap on the server were almost fully used. Restarting just Confluence was insufficient and the server needed to be rebooted. | |

| HES Tickets | Retha Steenkamp | NHS Digital haven't responded about the issues with the matching of the data previously submitted (that it appears to only have been done on NHS Number and not NHS Number + DOB). Because of this will will have to progress with uploading the 400k "missing" patients anyway. |
