Outstanding Issues
  • George will call renalware this week.
  • Andrew has run a manual trace for Radar this week and will when time permits look to make the process fully automatic. He will let Garry/Kate know as they are sorting DOD of patients.
  • INS app we have had two quotes in from Citrus and Livingwell. One for ~£60K+ the other closer to £128K. Tim will have a meeting with the cheaper quote people to ensure they have captured all the requirements before a meeting will be held to decide on the supplier.
  • STARs registry. Fiona has given Andrew a list of things that need sorting now he has identified the issues in the original build which appeared to be a missing parameter. Ideally all these changes should be made but we need to strike a balance between time to do and how important they are. In particular the removal of Nurture from things. This may be a complicated thing to resolve and and in reality just needs to ensure it does not confuse or hind the required use. The aim at the end is provide a VM which has all the features required and needs minimal further input from us.
  • Andre will work on the NHSEngland Extract this week.
  • Andre will plan the AKI Extract for the start of next week.
  • Andrew had set the NHS BT code running but it may have hit an issue with the network tests over the weekend disconnecting the output drive. He will re-run and re-send to NHSBT.
  • Pentesting the only fix left is sorting jquery in international radar. To upgrade the code base is going to lead to too many complications so Andrew proposes just upgrading jquery which worked fine with normal RaDaR.
  • George has finished merging the validation branches and is ready to start the new branch and coding for the new spreadsheet code. This has not been started yet. He plans to have made some progress for the next  validation meeting.
  • Andre has pretty much finished the reloading and has identified some error statistics of who does what wrong etc. which she will feed back to Sarah. She will also ensure the import fixes are in the code Sarah runs. This will be done by a PR  that George will review. Once she has loaded the files loaded in the last couple of weeks the data probably needs to be reviewed by Anna as we now have a more complete database. Once this has been done we should be in a position to switch to the more complete database.
  • RaDaR the new realease currently on staging should be pushed out today. There were issues with platter on the docker image because it requires the same base OS when deploying so the docker image needed to use centos/redhat.
Atlassian ToolsThe current server offerings from Atlassian are no longer going to be supported which is forcing a move to the cloud offering. As part of this we will need to merge our two instances and use the permissions from the single signon  Joel circulated.
