  • George will raise the other renalware issues when he makes the call this week. Currently the schema update changes are the only pressing change.
  • No update on Andy's progressing of automatic RaDaR tracing.
  • We are currently awaiting an updated quote from LivingWith fort he App having had a technical call to go through various aspects of the app. It appears they may have over thought/engineered their submission so hopefully a cheaper quote will be the outcome. This is due later this week.
  • Andy has now upgraded the STARS registry code to python3 but has hit some performance issue which he is unsure what the cause is. Once these have been resolved then it should all be ready to supply to BCH.
  • Pentesting updates for international radar is waiting for the Andy to have some capacity.
  • A new release of the validation was done this week to fix a bug that was preventing Sarika from processing a file. Fran has been doing more testing of some Oxford test files which are fully exercising the validation error handling it is likely to be quite a while before they have a file without errors.
  • George has been asked to verify that the Version 5 data set has places to be stored in the current ukrdc schema. George flagged that the idea of care planning may present an issue and require some dedicated tables to reflect different stages in a patients treatment.
  • Andre has been working through the corrections that Anna and Sarah have identified for the AKI data she currently hasn't added the fixes to the validation code yet that were identified in the meeting. 
 Paeds data Retha Steenkamp Retha flagged that stats need an extract of the paeds data to help identify missing data. George had a discussion with Anna about this and they decided it would be easier to do a full extract and for Anna to exclude the Adults as a lot of work would be required to adapt the current ewxtract to just extract paeds. George will get the extract sorted for Anna.
