Outstanding Items
  • Andy has supplied the output of his auto tracing process to Kate and Shaun for comment. kate has asked for the hospital to be added to the output Shaun has provided some other feedback. Andy will re-visit this week and make the changes then hopefully deploy to staging for testing before deploy to live if all is well.
  • EMPA-KIDNEY is still with Retha to review the extracted data. Shalini has suggested it should also pull data if available from the renalreg database.
  • NHSBT file has all been done with no issues this month.
  • INS App no news
  • STARS Andy has had some feedback and is now in direct contact with Maria at BCH for the patient data import. She has nother 80 patients to import. Andy has also asked for a list of the ICD10 codes they use to ensure they are all covered. George has helped with the orthocode search. This leaves a some search code to remove  and to deploy to our local host for Fiona to review.
  • George had no validation  news
  • Andre is sort further issues Anna has flagged and also updating the validation code to incorporate the improved validation. Sarah has flagged that the code is runnign very slow when importing the files now which seems to be related to the network as no code changes have yet been made. George will explain how the bamboo build process works to Andre and they will ensure it is documented.
  • Andy has tried to start the adding of the scanned consents to RaDaR but has not made too much progress yet. He also has to import some data from biosamples to some records.
Atlassian Cloud Move Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) Joel will put together a timeline and proposed start date for the move of the Atlassian tools to the cloud. Tim will ensure we have signoff and payment details for the cloud site.
WebsiteTim Whitlock (Deactivated)Currently Citrus are still looking at the code and getting to grips with what currently exists. There were two calls this week to go through the website (Drupal Front End) and civicrm and its role in the process. This included identifying where the civicrm interface had not been skinned to make it easier for the users who need to access or edit the data.
Postgres 9.6Postgres 9.6 EOL if November 2021 we currently use 9.6 for the ukrdc and PV. We need to ensure we have a migration plan in place. Radar is already upgraded to 11 (EOL Nov 2023) However it would be sensible to move all databases to the same latest version which is currently 13 (EOL Nov 2025)
Bin files Tim Whitlock (Deactivated)Northern general have started sending in test results in their PV files with < symbol in but not properly coded for xml which then means the file does not get processed. Currently this "filtering" occurs on HS-TEST and doesn't create an error record. We need to ensure that these errors are logged and communicated for sites to correct. Tim will flag the issue with Fiona to follow up.
rr-vm-test memory faultTim Whitlock (Deactivated)rr-vm-test has a memory fault with one of its memory modules. It lookslike this may be the cause of some un expected reboots recently. Hopefully this will be resolved tomorrow as part of the adding of the harddrives.
