Priorities last week

• Look at updating Mirth on Staging

  • Started - Dev environment not working so difficult to test

  • Instead, we’ll recreate the staging-mirth database from live

    • Far lower disk usage

  • Upgrade at the point of migration (test dev first)

    • Test upgrade on each migration, roll back to old server if there’s issue

• Set up RDA file processing on WWW SFTP (sftp.ukrdc.org)

  • No updates

• Send outstanding info to AIMES (@Joel Collins)

• Start writing UKRDC Stats library tests

  • Need to create test data

  • Written code to generate fake test data

• Continue with RDA test file validation

  • PIDs can be anything for the sake of testing
