JG is currently writing the code to convert the tracing file to RDA. SM asked to be involved with the development/testing to check everything would be covered.
Confluence Page Done. SM asked if it would be possible to do the reverse and add UKRDC IDs to the UKRR Database as viewed by the DMs. GS said "maybe", although an alternative to storing it in the renalreg DB would be some kind of API call to the UKRDC.
AA has done this. The data for Q100 patients has been returned but cannot be loaded into the database until an RR record exists for those patients. GS has compared the "current" cohort with the one that was used for the PHE matching and there appears to be no difference.
This required some more thought because the DMs intended to do more manual edits to the "Quick" files than I had expected which then need to be re-used for the "Usual" load. A process has been written up at /wiki/spaces/RR/pages/1344602245 and SM is to test it.
SM mentioned that there was still a problem with the Editor and three digit quarters. GS hadn't realised that this refered to an additional dialog box. A Jira ticket has been raised but this screen is read only so not urgent, although will become more of an issue if not fixed before Q101 is worked on as it will show both Q100 and Q101 as Q10.
FB asked whether it was possible to match RADAR patients with NHSBT. There was some discussion about IG especially whether it could be shared with third parties. RS to discuss with Tom. The NHSBT process would need modifying to also check RADAR patients and there would also need to be a process to get them into RADAR, probably via the UKRDC.
FB asked about how this could be done. GS said it would be easy to do but would require Kings/Barts/Leicester to agree to the publication or to disable the results from their feed. If any withdrew we would also need to delete the existing data from the UKRDC to prevent re-sends.
The enabling of the PV Feed for all patients at Leicester as a pilot was raised. This would be to see what effect it had on the performance of the UKRDC. GS mentioned that Leicester may not be able to send a separate "Test" feed.
