The following were suggested as enhancements to the dashboard:
update demographics based on whether there is biochemestry data in the last year. More precisely: dialysis last quarter, transplant last year
add labels with percentage for demographic pies
join renal diagnosis to patient demographics
postcode/deprivation (longer term?)
Think about peads for future RDA feeds
Break down demographics by treatment modality
Add transplant to dialysis modalities
