Create a local demo-mode instance

Launch the demo instances

Connect to db-staging (I suggest port-mapping to localhost)
Launch a local instance of ukrdc-fastapi running from the locally-mapped db-staging
Launch a local instance of ukrdc-nuxt (npm run dev)

Get screenshots

At the timen of writing I suggest using Microsoft Edge here as it has a good built in screenshot tool. Any browser with a screenshot utility will work fine though.

Open http://localhost:3000, log in
Open dev tools, toggle Device Emulation, enter Responsive mode, and set resolution to 1400x1050
Navigate to pages, capture screenshots
