ConfluenceGeorge SwinnertonConfluence was inaccessible at the start of the meetings, with an error from NGINX about proxy timeout being received. Both the memory and swap on the server were almost fully used. Restarting just Confluence was insufficient and the server needed to be rebooted.

Validation New VersionGeorge SwinnertonAA is to update the renalreg copy on RR-SQL-TEST to allow testing to progress. GS has noticed the backups are complaining about two new databases which it doesn't have permission to access. AA says this isn't something he's done so GS to investigate.

Magic ChangesAndre Ortega AlbanAOA has a meeting in which they discussed the need to link a patient to more than one unit. There needs to be an update to the forms on the server which she will do on Friday.

HES TicketsRetha SteenkampNHS Digital haven't responded about the issues with the matching of the data previously submitted (that it appears to only have been done on NHS Number and not NHS Number + DOB). Because of this will will have to progress with uploading the 400k "missing" patients anyway.
