- Install VirtualBox, an Oracle freebie for VM hosting.
- Install CNTLM http://cntlm.sourceforge.net/ which is a local proxy normally using port 3128.
- CNTLM uses an encrypted version of your password installed in cntlm.
- Check by getting Firefox to use port 3128 as a proxy.
- Get a vm, there are some on the R drive, install it in VirtualBox
- Set the network to NAT.
- Run the vm, then IE. In Internet Options>LAN Settings set the proxy to
10.0.2.2 port 3128
