Changes between dashboard v3 to v4

Search

  • Individual patient records (feeds) are now returned directly in search results.

    • E.g. if one patient has feeds from two units you have access to, each feed will show up in the search results separately so you can more quickly get to the record you need.

  • You can now filter search results by the record type, e.g. data feed, membership records, survey feeds etc.

  • More patient demographic information is now included in search results

Patient Record Viewer

  • Clicking on a search result will take you to a new patient record viewer, with more information immediately visible1.

Related Records are still available on the landing page for a record, allowing membership management as before. Now, we also include extra data to the left, such as patient numbers and RRT information.
  • Patient’s medical records are now displayed in a separate tab (see above screenshot).

  • Additional clearer information about the type of record being viewed is now shown below the patient’s name at the top of the page.

New and updated medical record views

  • Patient diagnoses are now available in the Medical Record tab

  • Dialysis Sessions are now available in the Medical Record tab

  • The Treatments tab has been overhauled to provide a clearer view of all treatment records

Related Records

  • The “Peek Record” button has moved to below each item, and is more prominent.

  • The “Open Record” button has been removed. Clicking on the record will now open it.

Technical Notes

1 Previously search results would take you to an interface for the JTRACE “Master Record” for that patient, including a list of related records. Now, search results take you directly to the patient record interface. We’ve therefore added the “Related Records” card to the patient record viewer to keep the interface as similar as possible.
