I registered for access, where’s my activation email?
We use Okta for UKKA single sign-on. Please look our for a “Welcome to the UKKA” email.
Verifying your access and permissions can sometimes take up to a week. If you haven’t received a “Welcome to Okta” email within 10 working days, please get in touch.
We do everything we can to avoid being marked as spam, but some policies may put these emails in your Junk folder. Please check this folder too.
I’m looking for a patient but they’re not showing up. What gives?
If you’re looking for a patient brand-new to your renal system, they may not show up immediately. The UKRDC will only store patients we have received a valid data file for. If you only just added the patient, you may need to wait until your renal IT system next sends a feed file to us.
