Managing Program Membership

Log into HealthShare, choose HealthShare from the Menu and then the HSRegistry Namespace. From there navigate to the "Program Membership Registry"

Once in the Program Membership Registry screen select the Program you are interested in from the Menu at the top. Now use the search criteria at the left to select one or more patients. Check or Uncheck the patients as required and use the Add/Remove buttons to modify their Program Membership. Remember that RADAR patients will be a member of the RADAR program as well as one or more Cohort programs.
