Admin
http://data-collection.internal.ukkidney.org/admin can be used to add a new user. Currently, only fran, rapolas and george have the permissions to add new users.
Once a new year comes, data managers come and ask to create quarters for the new year. They have this option available to them, however, they do forget about it. After logging-in, there is "misc" dropdown menu in the header and there there is "quarters" link. Going there, a page opens up with a button to populate a year with quarters.
