Details of the software and processes involved in the weekly covid19 reporting

The code is located in https://bitbucket.renalregistry.nhs.uk/projects/COV

Each week units send through data on positive testing covid19 renal patients from the last week. These patients are passed through tracing to see if they have a date of death. The trace results are combined with the supplied test information and given to stats who produce centre based reports. Besides the weekly new cases report all reported patients are traced each week and a cumulative report produced for each centre.

Currently two spreadsheet formats are in use a simple set of columns and one with some built in validation.
