Code Sets

Code	Description
PV	PV as per the PV Schema.
PV_MIG	Data from the PV Database. The data is not expected to conform to the PV Coding Standard.
PV_RAW	Data from the PV Files. The field is not expected to conform to the PV Coding Standard.
SNOMED	SNOMED
RR1+	NHS Locations as per the UK Renal Registry Database. This needs mapping to ODS in the future.
YOURHEALTH_UNITNAME	Names as entered in free-text into the Survey forms. There may be more than one name for each unit.
YOUR_HEALTH	Local Question Codes, Survey Codes etc. Used by the YHS Survey.
