Accessing the Dashboard

Request dashboard access

To request access to the UKRDC Dashboard, please contact ukrdc@ukkidney.org, and provide your full name, email address, and renal unit/hospital name. If you know your hospital's RR1+ code, please include that too as this will speed things up.

We will then verify your permissions, and you will be sent an activation email.

Please look out for your “Welcome to the UK Kidney Association” email.

Once you click “Activate Okta Account” you’ll be prompted to choose a password, after that you can log in.

Signing in

You can access the dashboard web app at https://live-app.ukrdc.nhs.uk/app/

The dashboard is currently only available from within the HSCN, so you’ll need to be connecting from your hospital network or VPN.

You’ll need to log in with your UKKA Okta account. All UKKA staff with have an Okta account already set up. External users will need to request one as described in the section above.

You’ll only be granted access to the UKRDC dashboard once your Okta account has been marked as a UKRDC user, and appropriate access permissions set up.

If you are unable to log in to the UKRDC dashboard and believe you should have access, please contact a UKKA Systems Team administrator, or send a ticket via the Systems helpdesk.

Access to the UKRDC Dashboard requires multi-factor authentication, such as a security key or a text-message code, in addition to your password. You will be prompted to set this up when you first log in.
