Shared Mailboxes	George	Look at how we might reduce the amount of stuff coming into the inbox - Incomplete	George raised the issue that the shared systems mailbox wasn't really being monitored. The fact that the mail box is so full and has so much coming into it makes this more difficult to catch the important e-mails. GitHub issues vs Jira Tickets vs Confluence Pages vs Something else	George		This requires some careful though by the general approach here will be to use GitHub issues for smaller self-contained stuff and Jira for production level code and large projects. Andy will throw something together and bring to the group at some point.
Sentry	George		The first thing to do is get familiar with sentry as Joel took that particular bit of knowledge with him. Andy and Phil to look into it at some point.
Tools			We discussed a bunch of tools and everyone linked some stuff to the systems chat. We need to collect this together in a more permanent position on confluence.
NHS number and transitioning patients or adopted patients.			If a patient changes there NHS number it is down to the units to address that in the renal system. We may need to test to make sure Cupid doesn’t join records even if it clearly the same person. Retha will also check the IG side with Tom.
Conferences and spending the training budget.	George		Travel and overnight stays for conferences come out of the £1000 training budget. It has been agreed we should try and attend some.
