ALL: For IG reasons Patient Letters should NOT be sent unless the patient is on PKB.

PKB: These should be submitted for Patients who have registered on PKB.

UKRR: This is NOT part of the UKRR Dataset.

These should be used to transmit patient letters for use in PKB.

In addition to the existing plain text option PKB can also accept Base64 encoded PDF files sent using these objects.
