Family Histories
ALL: Care must be taken around IG with this as the data relates to someone other than the Patient. Please discuss with the UKRR before submitting.
UKRR: This is NOT part of the UKRR Dataset.
These are used to record diagnoses which apply to a family member rather than the patient themselves. This would be used to record where there is a history of renal disease in the family for example.
