UKRR: This is required for V4 & V5 of the UKRR Dataset.

This should be the Patient’s currnet GP Practice and, where possible GP.

If the Codes are supplied it is not neccesary to include the other data items. Any Codes supplied will be checked to make sure the conform to the pattern of those issued by the NHS - and, ultimately may be individually checked against the list the NHS publishes.
