Nurture Extract

This extract creates an sqlite database that is used by metabase on dashboard.nurturebiobank.org to create the pie charts showing number of patients and the unit breakdowns on the nurture website

Running

The code is run on the radar server to extract a non-identifiable version of the data. This is then copied from RaDaR to dashboard.nurturebiobank.org where metabase then uses it to display the graphs. metabase doesn't always sync with this database so incorrectly shows the data. This is simply fixed by going into metabase and resyncing the databases causing an issue.
