Our API to get questionnaire responses is planned for release at the end of October (subject to change). Here is the spec on the roadmap.

It is unclear at the moment how we would use this to replicate the current process as we would need notification of the new survey so that we know to pull it down. We would also need to be able to identify the unit a patient is attending to ensure the survey is routed to the correct site and clinical system.
