TPCKD II /ShareHD II
This project is becoming a annual process subject to funding.
Description
This is an an extension of the YourHealth Surveys. TPCKD will be using the Yourhealth survey with an extra question whilst SharedHD will be using it with an extra 14 Tasks questions (the 14 Tasks in the current data set but only returned by ~17 units)
TPCKD will involve 6 units and so will SharedHD with one site overlapping
This will involve scanning completed surveys and uploading them to the ukrdc and then sending them on to PatientView if the patient is on PatientView.
