| Update from George | George Swinnerton | PatientView Security Testing has been completed but the report only lists those areas with a problem and not what has been tested. This is to be discussed with them, along with testing of N3 services.

| Conflicting data field names in V4, like preterm (ERF52 and ERFP7) | rapolas (Unlicensed) | There was discussion about this and what was the easiest vs best way to proceed. This included comments about the difficulties that non-standard data submissions cause. | |
| SSH Banner Messages (Should they be on all servers?) | George Swinnerton | This was discussed. The banner has been removed from all the other servers because a lot of SSH clients can't cope with a banner message. The only server with a banner message is RR-SYSTEMS-LIVE. We decided to remove this one too to be consistent. | |
| Discussion about Development Processes etc. | George Swinnerton | We had a brief chat about this but ran out of time. To be discussed next week. | |
| Discussion about SQL Dev Environment | George Swinnerton | This was discussed particularly how to manufacture a database that was suitable for testing. It was decided that the best way to re-test the 2015 files would be using a blank database into which Q1-4 would be loaded. For the Q1 2016 files these will be tested with a copy of the Live database. |

- Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) - Update the policies to say that we have decided not to use banners on SSH.

- George Swinnerton - Create/Find script to create an empty database.
