• Retha Steenkamp has contacted Larissa and will be having a conversation on 19 Jan 2018 
• Retha Steenkamp has emailed Fran re Review Tickets.
• George Swinnerton has made the changes to deal with the tab count issues in Validation. foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) has created a test build for this.
• Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has not contacted the IT people until we are clearer on what we need to do so we can choose the easiest path.

•  We have an issue with our SSL renewal in that our new certificates for nww.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk and nww.indicators.renalregistry.nhs.uk are still pending. George Swinnerton has contacted Thwaite and it seems they have sent emails to users not configured on our system for verification. They offered a number of alternative methods however the helpdesk person was not sure. George Swinnerton will pursue the option of adding a txt file to our dns with NHSDigital and follow up with Thwaite. Meanwhile Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has requested some redirects for the email addresses to point to rrsystems.shared account.
• JIra has a number of renewals due and also we need to upgrade the main systems to 50 users so all users cna access the confluence and JIRA systems. We need to check the budget first.
  

• The simplified project has been recruiting patients we are contracted to verify demographics and provide certain data back on each patient. Currently we are using tracing to to do the verification however they now want the biochemistry data. Originally this would have been a call to HS however the current HS doesn't have the functionality to filter the fields and the new ukrdc isn't available. George Swinnerton will extract the required biochemistry data from PV and the Transplant data will be gathered as part of the normal NHS BT procedure.
• We also need a Data Sharing Agreement in Place before sending the data. The idea would be automate the processes using the file uploaded each week by the project for matching.

Fiona raised an issue with Nurture patients data not being sent through. The data is in HS and in PV but is not syncing to RaDaR. George Swinnerton has looked at this and confirms they all appear to be set up correctly and thinks rapolas (Unlicensed) at this on his return. Meanwhile George Swinnerton will test first and look at the HS productions to see if there is an issue there not generating an error.

Quanta is visiting 18 Jan 2018 to talk about the download function in their new mobile dialysis device and how it might be used.
